Q. What is the four week protocol?

  • Week 1. Mental Clarity and Focus. Learn what lifestyle factors are affecting your moods, recovery hormones, daily energy levels, brain function and fat loss. (Based on personalized, scientific online questionnaires). In order to improve mental clarity and think right you must EAT RIGHT. Dial in what exact foods balance your unique physiological and psychological profile, so that you naturally feel better mentally and emotionally. You will also begin experiencing natural detoxification and an energized state of well-being, right from the start.
  • Week 2. Emotional Beliefs and Energetic Stories. Connect with current mental and emotional stories that are locked into your mind that require updating. We uncover internal dialogues that both support you and pull you down or keep you feeling trapped, frustrated or stuck. It’s your unseen beliefs that keep you feeling the way you feel. In order to FEEL RIGHT we must re-wire your emotional brain circuits. Let me help you do this.
  • Week 3. Dynamic Movement as Medicine. Learn the art of dynamic movement to help heal your mind-body-spirit and re-balance your central nervous system. Prescribing the right movements to restore peace of mind and lift brain function for peak performance is crucial and most doctors, trainers and coaches get this completely wrong. In order to think and feel right, you have to MOVE RIGHT – for you! This is very specific to your stressors, your biology and your lifestyle.
  • Week 4. Self Growth and Happiness Realign with your core values and uncover subconscious programming that may be holding you back from being happier and being your BEST SELF. Solidify your personal health dream and learn about the higher faculties of mind that are required to obtain your goal and live with more joy, vitality and freedom in your life.
