Same Same Keeps You Stuck

I hope you feel vibrant!

Lets cut to the chase. No BS.

If you do not have a goal that really inspires you – you will keep doing the same old – same old. And that means you will keep getting the same old – same old.

The only way to enhance your wealth, health or relationships is to go after something outside your comfort zones. That means getting uncomfortable; which means not repeating the same old behaviors that currently feel OK.

Now while this sounds obvious – are you taking measures to do what is best for you – meaning; doing what is uncomfortable?

If you want a richer more fulfilling life, you cannot get there by repeating behaviors that keep you as you are. You know this… yet why do you stay where you are… spinning your wheels? You need a goal. A big goal. Something that inspires you, yet also makes you feel a little uncomfortable.


What is your goal?

I challenge you to write it down and face it squarely. Get it out of your mind and physically expressed on paper where you can look at it, and observe what comes up.

You will then need to plan your action steps, because the same – same in you, will want to stay safe and secure. Creating a better life however, means moving away from same – same and creating new actions.

Take action.

Your Heart Matters

Feeling vibrant often means thinking positively, being fitter and looking our best.

Right?

Well I’ve got good news.

You do not have to force yourself to over train or push yourself excessively with long boring workouts, to improve your vitality.

It’s hard to believe that it is 2020 and people continue to knock themselves out with long gym workouts and torturous cardio regimes that they clearly do not enjoy.

The pace of our modern lives, has us going non-stop from sunup to sunset, the last thing your heart wants is excessive strain on a daily basis. 

Think of it this way – your heart wants you to be as calm as possible, as often as possible. So that when dramatic stress does arise, it can deal with it and provide you with a strong fast cardiac output.

Is it a good idea to strengthen your heart to respond to such stresses? Yes. Can you do this with short, sharp effective workouts. Yes. Remember; short and sharp means:
Higher demands can be placed on the cardiovascular system for heart strength gains.

Higher demands can be placed on the musculoskeletal system for lean muscle / fat loss gains.

After all, those two things are what most people are exercising for…. yes they want better health, yes they want improved cholesterol, yes they want to prevent heart disease, etc. but when we are honest…they mostly want to feel better and look better in the mirror.

So remember…

1) Get strong. Be Strong. Stay strong. Perform some heavy lifts, lasting for 40-50 seconds, followed by 60 seconds rest a few times a week. After a warm up, a total workout time of only 20 minutes (including rest periods) will do the trick.

2) Boosting your daily activity levels will play a significant role when it comes to dropping body fat, your health and your vitality. You cannot rely on workouts alone!
