This information is super important if you desire to look and feel your best.
It’s crucial knowledge if you want sustained mind-body well-being.
The science is from the environmental working group and it covers two important areas.
1. The Dirty Dozen.
Know what fruits and vegetables are most contaminated with pesticide residues after you’ve washed or peeled them ‘clean’. The following foods are not sprayed with a few chemicals, once in a while. They get blasted. Regularly. Often with multiple chemicals that are not designed to be inside your body. Chemical residues often get inside the fruit or vegetable. If it’s in the food. It gets inside you.
NB: If you’re in Asia or America some of the chemicals used in those countries are banned in Europe.

- Bell Peppers & Peppers
- Green Leafy Veg / Kale / Lettuce
I know, it’s a shame. Some of these are my favorite foods. However, these foods right here you want to carefully select. In other words, go organic on these items, otherwise there’s a high chance you’re regularly shoveling toxins into your brain and body.
Now the good news.
2. The Clean Fifteen.
Here’s a list of fruits and vegetables that have a much lower risk of pesticide contamination. They don’t require as many pesticides to keep the bugs away, they are found just about everywhere and can be OK non-organic food items in your weekly shopping cart.
Be Grateful: Your Clean Fifteen. (Alphabetical)
- Honey Dew Melon
- Kiwi Fruit
- Sweet Potatoes
- Sweet Corn
- Sweet Peas
All the above foods are healthy and taste great. And you can find many of them just about anywhere in the world.
Just be wary of GMO corn (especially if you are in the US)
