Life Coaching in Thailand

I want you to know that I too have ‘off’ days. For whatever reason, those days just don’t seem so smooth. I can even get a bit ‘down’ on myself.

I also want you to know that we can ride through them.
Here are some options that I use, to help myself.

1) Mental mindset shift. I remind myself that it’s just a passing phase. I then focus on many of the good things that I have experienced in my life and all the beautiful people currently in my world. Try it right now. Just shift your perspective a little bit.

2) Emotionally eat. I select foods that I know will help me feel great energetically; which in turn impacts my emotional state. This is so important, because it is very tempting to, ’emotionally eat’ or even binge on foods that create blood sugar fluctuations (which incidentally, do not help to stabilize good moods) Keep great food close by!

3) Dynamically move. I personally like to get outside and recommend doing something you enjoy. Raising your heart rate a little can have a significant impact on your well being for the rest of the day. Another option is to stretch out tight musculoskeletal areas in your body – this is very beneficial to release tension and calm the nervous system.

4) Spiritual growth. Contemplate that part of you that is always seeking growth, always seeking more life. Perhaps your ‘down day’ is spirit reminding you to continue on your quest to learn, grow and improve your world.

This week I encourage you to find ways to make every day a great day – especially on those ‘down’ days.
