If you need a little pick me up, remember that your number one project on this earth, is you.
And if you want sustained vitality of your mind-body, it may be a wise move to invest in the following fundamentals.

1) Fresh Air
The function of breathing is of primary importance to a human being. We don’t do very well without oxygen, do we? Perhaps a few minutes at most. I urge you to find fresh air and to breathe deeply into your physiology, the very source that keeps you alive. This alone will boost your mind and body and has immediate positive effects on your entire being.

2) Clean Water
Clean water nourishes and rejuvenates our natural world, and we are intimately connected to that world. How long can you go without water? A few days? Perhaps a week? Technically water is the only beverage we require – it keeps us alive. If you are a bit flat…I challenge you to go 7 days eating well and choose to consume only quality water as your beverage of choice.

3) Outdoor Movement
It’s very hard to feel alive if you’re indoors most of your life. That includes exercising in a gym, rather than moving in natural outdoor environments. Walk, swim, golf, tennis, shoot hoops, hike, ride a bike… hopefully in fresh air! If you truly want a more vibrant life, remind yourself that we are designed by nature, to be moving outside regularly.
This week I encourage you look at fundamentals in your life, required for sustained well-being of your mind, body and spirit.
Remember, creating Healthy Richuals can be challenging – yet they always pay off in the long run.
Have a brilliant week and let me know how you get on.
Stay strong and think well!
