As you know – life is full of ups and downs, twists and turns.
If you have ever been to one of my seminars or retreats, you will have realized that most people live non-stop on a day to day, year to year basis.

Appointments, assignments, coffee, Facebook, deadlines, Instagram…. coffee… ‘food’… Facebook, work, kids, clients, bosses, staff, traffic, stories, netflix, late nights … you get the picture.
I call this, ‘non-stop’ living, a YANG dominant life, where the majority of ones energy, gets directed towards things outside of themselves. And this constant outward focus to continually do more, without understanding the importance of YIN, leads to excess heat, excess inflammation, and imbalance of mind, body and spirit.
Becoming more and doing more with your life is inherently what your inner being want’s to do, yet if we push push push like a raging storm, sooner or later the storm stays inside.

We all do best with some calm time, yin time, rejuvenation time. We all achieve more and become more when we find time to be still and stop the ‘non-stop yang dominant’ way of living, that we have been programmed to follow.
You are an incredible human being that seeks inner harmony and balance while you pursue your life goals.
I encourage you this week to give yourself some daily yin – regular time-outs to chillax, so that you can re-balance your mind, body and spirit, and be at your best, day to day and year to year.
Remember, creating Healthy Richuals can be challenging – yet they always pay off in the long run.
Have a brilliant week and let me know how you get on or if you would like coaching.
Stay strong and think well!
