Want more confidence?
By being more self assured would your personal or professional life improve?
Here are two things that can help you.

1) Your inner critic likes to judge both yourself and others. It’s important to understand that how you feel about other people, reflects who you are. You can raise your confidence and personal sense of worthiness by simply appreciating people around you. By finding the good in people, you’re adjusting your attitude and over time this will formulate into a more worthy image of yourself.
2) Having a greater purpose in life will naturally lift your esteem. This often revolves around serving others; being a better mother, an incredible business leader, or role model father, for example. Working on your purpose naturally leads to more confidence because instead of thinking about yourself, you’re now thinking from a place of serving others first.
These two points help to program into your mind a new and more confident self image.
This week I encourage you to work on finding the good in other people and getting clear on your purpose for being on this planet.
Have a fantastic week and if you want help, let’s talk.
