Don’t Eat – The Worlds Worst Fruits & Vege!

This information is super important if you desire to look and feel your best.

It’s crucial knowledge if you want sustained mind-body well-being.

The science is from the environmental working group and it covers two important areas.

1. The Dirty Dozen.

Know what fruits and vegetables are most contaminated with pesticide residues after you’ve washed or peeled them ‘clean’. The following foods are not sprayed with a few chemicals, once in a while. They get blasted. Regularly. Often with multiple chemicals that are not designed to be inside your body. Chemical residues often get inside the fruit or vegetable. If it’s in the food. It gets inside you. 

NB: If you’re in Asia or America some of the chemicals used in those countries are banned in Europe.

  • Apples
  • Bell Peppers & Peppers
  • Celery
  • Cherries
  • Grapes
  • Green Leafy Veg / Kale / Lettuce
  • Nectarines
  • Peaches
  • Pears
  • Spinach
  • Strawberries
  • Tomatoes

I know, it’s a shame. Some of these are my favorite foods. However, these foods right here you want to carefully select. In other words, go organic on these items, otherwise there’s a high chance you’re regularly shoveling toxins into your brain and body.

Now the good news.

2. The Clean Fifteen.

Here’s a list of fruits and vegetables that have a much lower risk of pesticide contamination. They don’t require as many pesticides to keep the bugs away, they are found just about everywhere and can be OK non-organic food items in your weekly shopping cart.

  • Avocado
  • Asparagus
  • Cabbage
  • Cantaloupe
  • Honey Dew Melon
  • Kiwi Fruit
  • Mango
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Papaya
  • Pineapple
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Sweet Corn
  • Sweet Peas
  • Watermelon

All the above foods are healthy and taste great. And you can find many of them just about anywhere in the world.

Just be wary of GMO corn (especially if you are in the US)

Eat This. Not That.

‘Health Is Your Greatest Wealth’ has been preached and practiced for centuries. And one of the main principles to robust health is getting quality fresh food directly from the land.

Health still is your greatest wealth, but this crucial principle is frequently over looked.

With a few small changes you can ensure that your food comes directly from the farm… And in doing so, your personal well-being and the health of our planet will greatly improve. It’s important to understand that most food distribution networks waste many natural resources then serve you food that is a LONG WAY from the farm. 


Farm – Transport – Packaging – Distribution – Store – Plastic Wrap – Your Plate

It’s even worse if you get food delivered to your door…

Farm – Transport – Packaging – Distribution – Store – Plastic Wrap – Delivery – Your Plate

And worse still if international items have to be shipped…

Farm – Transport – Packaging – Shipping – Distribution – Store – Plastic Wrap – Delivery – Plate

That’s a lot of petrol, oil, plastic and pollution when a much better option exists.

And while we’re on the topic, fresh local grown foods will serve you best, so why not think of…

If you have land, use it wisely!

Now, I get it, you want good quality international items once in awhile or a decent bottle of wine (which is one industry that seems proud to avoid plastic). What I’m discussing here, are the staples you buy every week… typically from supermarkets.

Speaking of ‘super’ markets.

Be aware…

1) Most ‘food products’ are artificial non-foods cleverly marketed to look like food. So really, they are super marketers not super markets. The real super markets and your local markets, where you can get food directly from the farmers… and onto your plate. This supports your local community, ensures you’re eating the right foods (seasonal) and helps decrease the toxic burden on our planet. I highly recommend you support local organic farmers / growers where ever possible.


2) The real food is often shipped in from far away destinations and full of chemicals. Just because it’s in store does not mean it’s good for you. Your not supposed to be eating blue berries all year long… or eating summer fruits during winter. That’s not normal.  Think twice about buying international items when local products are just as good. You don’t need honey from Europe when wild Chiangmai honey is down the road. And definitely stop purchasing bananas, coconuts or single carrots wrapped in plastic! You’re the consumer, your spending habits can help sway the current food distribution system to shape up!


In brief – aim to shorten the distance from the farm to your belly – that’s the best fast food you can get – and you’ll be helping yourself and your planet.

Value This Secret And Your Mind – Body – Spirit Will Get Better

Most of us want to be a little stronger, drop some body fat and simultaneously lift our energy and moods… And you can! This post is devoted to helping you become healthier, wealthier and happier.  Yet there are principles you must understand and practice if you want to see and feel better results in your life.

In the realm of health, simple principles often get overlooked and people wonder why their efforts to improve mental, emotional or physical health are challenging or in vain.This week’s knowledge is to remind you of a simple secret that enhances your long-term mental function and physical performance, no matter what your profession. This secret will also help with sustaining happiness in your life.


This secret is simple to understand yet frequently difficult for people to adhere to – even though the benefits far outway the effort. Through regular practice you can raise your anabolic pathways, restore your physiological make up, improve your organ function, your muscles and your connective tissue. This same practice is absolutely essential for optimal brain health, beating depression, improving confidence and psychological well-being. (So important in our world right now) And you will naturally raise your energy and vibration, just like when you recharge your phone.

If you’ve not guessed what the secret is… Think about the one activity that’s absolutely essential for you to function at your best day in, day out, year in, year out. It’s completely free and pays high yields. And because it’s free, it’s often undervalued. And things that are undervalued in our society are typically ignored or discarded.

DON’T DISCARD THIS!

All the benefits mentioned above are massively impacted, MASSIVELY – by the quality of what I call your Z PRACTICE. This simply means investing in quality Zzz’s and getting to bed earlier. Life rejuvenation is so mis-understood and undervalued, that most are going in the wrong direction yet hope to be vital and well. You cannot ‘hope’ to be well. You have to wake up and realize the power of participating whole heartedly in a quality Z PRACTICE. 

It’s very challenging to be healthy and happy if your mind and body lack energy because they’ve not been given the right time to systematically restore themselves as part of your lifestyle. Quality sleep is the best medicine you can invest in. An investment with phenomenal returns. But only if you practice in the right way! And it is a practice. Just like a yoga practice, exercise practice or a law practice; you have to practice.


Here are three points to ensure your Z PRACTICE will pay off.

1)  Your entire physiological and psychological, mind-body-soul system is organic in matter, connected to a greater whole – this planet – this galaxy – this universe. You’re intimately connected with the daily rhythms of the sun, moon and tides, known as circadian rhythms. This flow of life can be disrupted when you think you can outsmart mother nature and do what-ever you want while ignoring the very elements that keep you alive. You’re designed to wake with the sun and recover and sleep when the sun goes down. Period. Aim to sync with the natural rhythms going on around you 24/7. Rise early. Sleep early. 

2)  Artificial lights,  flickering screens,  mobile phones, facetime chats, TV’s, scrolling, Netflix, taking photos, movies, uploading videos, more scrolling… I could go on and on… these behaviours performed close to Zzz’s time often lead to catabolic activity in your body (This is NOT what you want). Your entire system gets wired on wake-up hormones, disabling psychological and physiological restoration. As a good rule of thumb aim to get off all electrical devices as early as possible in the evening.

3) Start thinking about sleep as your sacred practice. Do everything in your power to value restoration of your being. Focus on wanting to feel amazing every morning when you wake; this begins with more quiet dark time the night before. When your Z PRACTICE becomes an actual practice you will avoid evening snacking or over doing alcohol as you realize it disturbs your sacred rejuvenation practice. It’s win, win, win.

N.B. There is very little point exercising or fasting as part of your wellness program if your entire being is not honored and given quality time to heal itself on a day to day basis. Your Z PRACTICE wants to become a lifestyle priority… Let your head hit the pillow as early as possible and as often as possible. Make it a practice.

Your daily Z PRACTICE… it will pay off.

Get This In Your Life – The Law of Least Resistance

Let’s keep it real.

With massive changes taking place around the world it’s important you understand how to truly look after yourself. And in order to do that, it requires a deeper understanding of who you are.

What’s helped me recently is diving into universal principles that impact every aspect of life. So let’s look at the ‘Law of Least Resistance’, because it makes life smoother for all of us.

Many of us have been taught that life is a battle, a constant series of obstacles and we must push through resistance, to grind out our lives, confront challenges, maybe even fight – and essentially this creates more tension, more headaches, more fights. Life is full of challenges and obstacles, that’s part of growth and life on this planet. However, it’s your daily mental approach to such challenges whether you have great days or bad ones – and life is a string of days, accumulating in scarcity or abundance, disease or ease.


You see, you live in a very orderly universe. Spring, summer, autumn, winter, systematically fusing in the dance of life. Ocean currents, high tides, low tides, all in perfect order. The movement of planets and our daily 24 hour cycle, all flowing in rhythm. You, as a human being, are a part of this incredible flow. You were designed to benefit from the rhythm of life and enjoy the benefits that come with peace of mind. 

However, we can often be resistant and create tension in our own lives. In other words, we get caught up in the problem or the person presenting as the problem. We react to challenge them, aggravate them, stir them up. This wastes valuable time and energy by creating friction and disharmony within and around us. When obstacles appear (as they will), notice the challenge, observe what you are saying to yourself, and find ways to get around the challenge while remaining in harmony with yourself. You may need to take a few breaths, you may need to take a time out – that’s OK – just find the least amount of resistance so that order remains in your mind. Remember, a chaotic mind leads to disorder and disharmony, which is in opposition to the law of life.


The more resistance you put up – the more will come back to you. It may be excessive frustration, perhaps physical ailments, it could be poor relationships, you don’t want that. Use the law of least resistance to maintain good mental order so you can naturally flourish on this planet. Drop the mental attitude that life is tough, life is a battle, that person is always blah blah blah…  Move around the obstacles and find strength through kindness in your everyday challenges. Aim to find the good in the obstacles and keep focused on maintaining your peace of mind. 

Yes, I’ll freely admit this is a challenge – yet you will be forever challenged as you grow with life. Whether you realize it or not, you’re part of the natural world governed by universal principles. Put this powerful law of non-resistance to use, and you’ll become happier, healthier and wealthier.

Free Your Mind – The Law of Forgiveness

It’s important you maintain your own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

And in order to do that you want to understand universal principles that greatly impact your entire life. Two weeks ago we discussed the Law of Least Resistance (found here in video format www.facebook.com/groups/incrediblespirit)

This week we’re going to delve into the Law of Forgiveness.

This law states that when you hold onto negative experiences, thoughts or emotions you’ll pay a price. Holding past pains leaves an emotional imprint within your psychological and physiological make up and the price is breakdown of your mind-body complex.

Understand that your entire being is impacted by your mental, emotional and physical states. You’re a walking talking expression of energy, constantly in a state of vibration. High vibration is expressed as joy, ease of living and better relationships. Low vibration such as resentment, guilt or negative ideas lead to a heavy heart.


I’ve done some stupd things in my life, made wrong decisions, uttered harmful words. I think we all have. I’ve learned that forgiveness of selfis a powerful exercise. Even if it was for something I did many years ago, like the time I stole the car… You want to understand that to release past guilt allows you to move forward in freedom.

Now, it’s much more challenging when someone else pains you. We tend to become emotionally attached to the person or situation that harmed us. We hold on and almost commit to not forgiving them. Any negative experience you’re holding lowers the force of life within you, the very power that governs all life on this planet. Life itself wants you to be happier, become more successful, enjoy the beauty around you, yet this is restricted if your mind is full of toxic thoughts.

To forgive does not mean to forget, you’re not going to let people walk all over you. You forgive so that you feel free. You forgive to obtain peace of mind, you forgive so that your personality – your personal reality – improves.Forgiveness is powerful medicine. It allows you to remove blocks of pain you may be carrying around inside. Resentment is heavy. Let that negative charge be released.

It’s impossible to be happy or healthy if you harbor hatred inside. You cannot expect vitality if you have a sick mind! Right?


Honor yourself. You have the power to forgive yourself. To forgive others.  

You’ll feel better and your entire life-force will strengthen.

Let go of the past.

Move on.

More Wealth Better Health – Do Your Work

Let’s get real.

Your health and wealth play very important roles in your life.

  • Health (your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states) is the basis of who you are.
  • Wealth allows you to be more of who you are and share yourself with your world.

Both require work

Dean Brakes writes, “Not just your work and no more, but a little more for the lavishing sake, that little more which is worth all the rest. And if you suffer as you must, and if you doubt as you must, do your work. Put your heart into it and the sky will clear and then out of your very doubt and suffering will be born the supreme joy of life.”


(Tough love)… Do your work!

That little bit more is worth your effort.

Being healthy is far superior to being mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually drained. So get to work. The joy of health might mean detoxification, it may mean exercising more, it could just be loving yourself for exactly who you are.

Being wealthy is a lot easier than struggling financially. So keep working. This might mean investing into a new work role, it may mean learning new
ways to create income, it could be leaving work early to spend quality time with your loved ones.

You can improve your wealth and your health – it simply requires some adaptations in how you are working your life.

A reminder. Living in a healthy mind-body is your greatest wealth on earth.

Remember, the words you allow to revolve around the inside of your mind impact your outer reality.

2022: What will you focus on?

Wow, it’s 2022.

I know you want more life in your life.

So commit to yourself this year to go after what you truly desire.

It might be earning more income, getting in great shape or perhaps understanding yourself better and being happier. 

Whatever your big goal is for 2022 remember the secret lies in becoming the kind of person you desire to be. Hold the vision of yourself already being, doing or having your desired outcome. Then do everything in your power to move yourself closer towards your ideal.

Challenges will arise as part of the normal growth cycle, be careful of dropping your vision when these obstacles appear. If anything, get clearer on your vision and consciously focus your attention toward taking continuous action towards your goal.  


As your vision gets clearer and your focus expands you can create the mind, body and lifestyle you desire.

New Baby!

In 2009, a man was strolling through the streets of Cologne, Germany. He stopped to look in a storefront window. The sun was shining, people were bustling around the city and a women quietly approached to look in the same window.

Total strangers, standing side by side, wondering what life had in store.

In 2011 they birthed a healthy baby boy.

Last week, 2021 they were blessed with another beautiful baby boy.

Incredible blessings do not come from inside a store but from the people and relationships you cultivate.

The couple (Alexandra and Hayden) and their wee family (Elijah and Juelion) believe the universe has beauty in store for you.
