We all know one size does not fit all when it comes to being healthy.

A Special Note From Spirit

Life Coaching in Thailand

I was speaking with my son recently and he asked me, “Dad… who am I?”

Good question.

My son’s name is Eli, and he knows that he has a body, he also knows that he is not just his body. You have a body. And the body is everywhere with you, wherever you go. Yet you are not just your body are you?

He also knew about mind, and we figured out that mind is also everywhere and constantly with us.

Then we discussed energy that is present in all things. Scientists call this moving matter ‘energy’. Yogi’s call it ‘prana or life force’. Religious leaders may refer to this as ‘God’, ‘Allah’ or ‘Spirit’ and others refer to it as ‘Mother Nature’ or ‘Invisible Intelligence’. Whatever floats your boat. That’s perfect. The point to remember is that there are three parts of you, all operating simultaneously.


And no one part is more important than the other. In fact, I have found that to live a healthy, abundant life it, is vital to live with body, mind and the soul. We want to have a fully functioning body, a constantly evolving intellect and the ability to love ourselves with the possibility to share our love with others.

You are an incredible human being.

You live on three planes of motion at all times.

Honor your mind, your body and your soul – you are here on this planet to be exactly who you desire to be.

Be that person and be well.

IT’S TIME

It’s time.

We are in 2000 & 20 with only 6 months remaining!

Each year, we think about improving our world, making it a little better, doing something new. That’s human nature.

How are you doing with your life this year? Have you accomplished (or at least half accomplished) what you want? Are you feeling better, looking your best, accomplishing your business goals?


It might be time to check in with yourself.

Check in that your thoughts, feelings and actions are aligned with what you want. Many of us want things, yet continue to live in old thoughts, old feelings and old actions. Those ways will not bring about new results in your life.

It’s time.

Pay special attention to how you are going about your days and what you constantly think to yourself, feel about yourself and the actions you are demonstrating.


I hope you are on track in making the changes required to live in the body you love and being the person you desire to be. If you need to make changes – it’s time.

This week, think about what you really want for the remainder of 2020. There are only 6 months left and results is the name of the game. Do what you have to do.

Your Heart Matters

I hope you are VIBRANT!

Tracy emailed me recently and she said, “Thank You for reminding me… to pursue what I love”

Today, I remind you.

Here in Phuket, the beaches are still closed and I feel cut off from my medicine. The ocean acts like a brilliant wellness tonic for my entire well-being. Throw surfing into the mix and the elixir is complete for a healthier mind, body and spirit.


What about you – what is your best medicine? I ask because, what-ever mental, emotional or physical challenge you aim to resolve, it will be easier when you regularly do things that you love to do.

Things that satisfy your soul.

Not what parents, teachers or leaders want. What you want. What speaks directly with your inner guidance system.


I require the ocean or mountains.

What about you?

And for the record… if alcohol, cocaine or chocolate comes to mind… that is not your soul speaking 🙂

When your lifestyle habitually includes doing things that you truly love, you will find a sense of ease creeping into your being.

Ease is great. No ease = dis-ease.

If you are reading this, I know you want more ease in your life. I urge you to pursue what your heart really connects with, and you may find yourself entering into a state of happiness – and being happy is crucial to being healthy.

I challenge you this week, to focus one day (at least) pursuing what you love.

The Meaning of Life

Pablo Picasso said, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”

What gift do you give to the world? Are you honoring who you truly want to be and letting your natural talents shine?  

Most of us want more health and more wealth and both can be improved when you tap into old Pablo’s wisdom.

 


Think about it. You can feel amazing everyday when you realize your unique gift and share it with others.  

When you feel amazing, amazing things happen.  

You are special. You have unique talents, abilities and gifts. Use them to create the life you want and improve your world.  

Simple, yet so profound. I challenge you this week to work on, ‘what is the meaning of life for you?’

Focus On The Cause

Did you ever consider that whatever is showing up in your life (the effects) will be in direct proportion to the thoughts (the cause) stemming from your subconscious mind.

If life continually shows up as, ‘I feel lethargic’ or ‘being overweight’ or ‘not enough money’, you can be sure there are causes to focus on that will rectify this situation.

Ralph Waldo Emerson once noted that the, ‘law of cause and effect’ was the “law of laws”. He understood, that nothing in our world is left to chance – everything happens according to law.


Everything that is happening in your life right now has a cause. If you want enhanced physical health, more material wealth or better relationships in your life, best you focus on the cause. The law states that when you focus on the cause – the effect will take care of itself.


When you truly grasp this concept, you begin to comprehend that energy is wasted focusing on the effect.

Redirect your energy and focus on the cause, that will bring about the life results you want.

What thoughts do you need to upgrade to improve your effects? Write them down. Get clear on those new ideas. The cause is often looping around in your own head. That means working on your inner self to cause a more positive effect in your outer world reality.

Imagine if you thought differently about your world, the effects would all change.

What’s your most important nutrient?

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines the, ‘water of life’ as, ‘something that gives spiritual refreshment or eternal life.’ That’s a big call…

However, for millions of years the watery planet where you reside, has been constantly adapting to provide life in abundance. Your planet is predominantly water and the main constituent of who you are, is also water. It might be a good idea to re-think that, ‘big call.’


H2O dissolves nutrients and delivers them into your cells, it flushes out toxins, moderates temperature and is involved in just about every physiological function within your body. How long can you last without it?


Be warned however, ‘spiritual refreshment’ does not arrive in plastic bottles, transported for days and stored on shelves for weeks on end. That is not the same kind of water that flows from glaciers or underground waterways, full of minerals, designed by mother earth specifically for you to drink.

Indulge with wine, enjoy your beer yet always remember to gift your system with ‘eternal life’ from high quality mineral water!

Curve Balls

I hope you feel vibrant!

Sometimes, life throws curve balls.   

It just does, right?  

I bet you’ve had a few, during your time on planet earth.    

That’s how life rolls.

I also bet that you managed, you got through it … and life rolled on.   

Life never stops, it just keeps rolling.   

So wherever you are and whatever is happening, you are going to be OK, it’s just another curve ball.


Remember – you can either let it control you and be controlled or you can be aware of the situation and respond in the best manner you can.   

Curve balls are some of the most challenging times in life, yet looking back they also often provide platforms for great learning and growth.

Get Your M.E.D.S!

I hope you feel vibrant!

A lot of people have been asking how I dealt with the whole ‘hospital experience’ and my son’s new diagnosis.

I would like to remind you that I practice a system.

I call it M.E.D.S

And that system, when practiced helps you feel whole. And when you feel whole – life is much more manageable.

The breakdown…

M = Mental Well Being

E = Emotional Well Being

D = Dynamic Well Being

S = Spiritual Well Being


Think about who you really are. Truly Think. You are a composite of all these elements fused together.

I’ve found that the following philosophy works brilliantly to help restore health and vitality to the integrated systems of every human being I work with.

M – Meditation in some form

E – Eating right to feel right

D – Dynamic movement

S – Happy heart

Now each of these elements could be studied for decades on their own, and many doctors do specialize in one area. However, I’ve found through trial and error and working alongside great teachers, that all four are required to truly live well.

What area do you need to focus on?

If one area was overhauled to completely upgrade your life – what would it be?

Will you make the necessary changes in your current life practice?

You see, you have to practice. Your world can be transformed when you practice getting the right M.E.D.S. for you.

Hayden’s in Hospital. For Real.

This week I am writing to you from hospital. No joke.

My sons immune system was strong enough not to succumb to Corona V.

We were however, rushed into ICU as his immune system was attacking itself. We had a long scary day.

That was three days ago.

We are now out of the ICU and have our own room, yet have been impacted by the reality that Elijah (8yrs) is now Type 1 diabetic. We are told, possibly bought about by infection, possibly genetics, the exact cause is unknown. No cure.


Instant massive life change amidst the current massive life change.

It would be easy to be consumed by negative thoughts, worry and fear. It would be easy to feel bad, sad and mad. However, we all have higher faculties of mind and we can use them to alter our perception. We can use them to imagine a better future. We can use them to look for the good in the not so good.

I’ve learned over the years that, ‘nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so’. I’ve also learned the law or relativity, which means, our current situation is far better than many others around the world. I’ve learned to continue to study how our world operates and the laws that govern our universe.

I continue to do that from hospital. 

Due to the current state of the world, Bob Proctor has given access to his last sold out event, for free. I’m enjoying his Paradigm Shift from hospital and it’s helping me look at my current situation in a new light. I am sharing the link with you here so that you may also benefit, understand yourself more and continue to grow.
