How to Achieve What You Really Want This Year

May you enjoy abundance!

You can.

And it starts with getting very clear on what you REALLY want?

If you listened to your head and your heart, what would you like to achieve?

Here are three keys, so that you reach those wants faster.

1) What ever you want – you got to really WANT it. Like fire looking for fuel to keep itself burning and alive.

If you kind-of-want to be in shape, you will kind-of-be in shape.
If you kinda-want a new home, it might happen, it might not.

What ever you want, you got to REALLY want it.

Bad.

Like fire.


2) You must believe you can do it. Goethe, the famous German philosopher said, “Before you can do something, you must first be something.” The law of nature, of which we are all apart, goes like this; BE – DO – HAVE.

First you have to be the human being you wish to be.

In order to be that person, you have to believe it is 100% possible.

If you kind-of believe, you wont be that person.
You have to BELIEVE in yourself.

Burn bright.


3) In order to build your belief, affirm what it is that you really want. Words, self suggestions and visualizations is how you build your self-belief.

Affirm what it is you truly desire; “I am building a beautiful body”. “I am worthy of financial abundance”. “I am the world champion”. “I am earning $$$$$ per month”.”I am in a happy, healthy, loving relationship”.

If your intention is strong and your wants are real, affirmation builds both the fire and your self-belief, so that you do go after what you really want in life.

Your Immune System – Build it Up with Breath

Is oxygen important to you?

I hope so…

Cause right now you want a strong immune system right?

And that system – your entire life system – is sustained with oxygen.

Breathing O2 (as often as possible) will lift your energy, immunity and strength. Hands down.

Now, in today’s world, you are going to need to find a space that provides clean oxygen (in abundance) and take off any mask, so you can directly connect and breathe in life. City dwellers will want to head to parks, river sides and playing fields. Trust me; if you’re not connecting with nature regularly (i.e. in nature) your entire system cannot thrive as it was designed.

Now while you’re at it, aim to expose your body to the sun’s rays – without frying yourself in the heat of the day. Sunsets and sunrises are powerful. Embrace them.

While we’re on the subject, when you’re out connecting with nature and oxygen, dump your phone. Your little device conveniently disconnects you from connecting. The point of getting outside in the first place! Your phone is pulling you away from being grounded, from your breath and from the natural beauty around you.


You don’t need to take another photo and you can go live later. C’mon!

Being ‘connected’ 24/7 is real world disconnection. This means you may have forgotten how to truly connect with yourself and your natural world. Yesterday I was strolling around a beautiful lake and approximately 85% of everyone I passed was addicted to their device. NB: Listening to a good podcast or some quality tunes is one thing… constant scrolling, taking selfies, checking messages … is another. If you ‘can’t’ exercise, walk or be in nature without your phone…

Get a grip!

Like I said, go phoneless. (At least once a week for starters).

Brain Drain – Avoid Doing This!

May you enjoy regular time outs!

One of my mentors recently reminded me that mental challenges continue to be the dominant stress in most peoples lives.

He also reminded me that our information overloaded society, constantly bombards their brains with millions of data-bytes of information every single day (and often nights too…)

This lifestyle forces the brain to constantly process information.

My mentor Paul CHEK said, ‘that an active brain consumes up to 80% of available blood sugar at any given moment!’ This means most of your energy is taken from the rest of your body because your brain is forced to run flat out for extensive periods of time.


Ever had a busy day in front of the work screens, the phone or i-pad ‘getting things done’ (probably sitting under artificial lights) and arrived home to feel completely wiped out?

Well, that’s probably because you are draining your energy reserves while frying your brain.

Not a good idea to play that game for too long. (Just saying….) Your brain deserves regular TIME OUTS so you can enjoy your life.

I encourage and recommend nature, sunset walks and gettingaway from technology as often as you can.

And the funny thing is… when you follow this advice you will not only be more productive you will enjoy your days more.

Respect your brain, enjoy TIME OUTS and have a fantastic week.

Coach in Thailand – Body Fat – Drop it like it’s hot…

Just about everyone in Thailand or Asia I speak with, wants to drop some body fat this year.   So…  

Here are five foundations to keep your personal training on your toes and help maintain your new year resolution.  (BTW It’s only January 15th! If your resolutions are long gone… contact me 🙂  

1) Our earth has a brilliant, almost magical, biological system that creates unbelievably excellent food. Food that is perfect for your DNA. It starts with ‘clean soil’. In other words, dirt that has not been contaminated by fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Dirty organic soil, allows healthy plants and animals to naturally grow. Go out of your way to consume real foods, from those farms.  

2) Dropping body fat, is very difficult and dangerous in a dehydrated body. Consume ample clean water on a daily basis.  

3) If your protein is derived from commercial sources please re-read point one. If your protein is from healthy organic farms, you can probably eat a little less, we are not in a protein shortage! BTW… Excess protein is easily converted into body fat by, ‘yours truly’.  

4) Your biology is unique, like your face or your fingerprints. You want to eat according to your metabolic requirements, not the local trainers, some instagram influencer or what your mum says. (Disclaimer.. if, ‘your metabolic needs’ are fast foods… you’re missing the point here..)  

5) Your liver wants to help you. However, if it is back logged with toxins from personal care products, coffee and alcohol (just to name a few) it might just signal your body to create body fat to help deal with all the mess inside… you get the picture… no point eating clean when your constantly slapping on toxic cream! Remember, creating Healthy Richuals can be challenging – yet they always pay off in the long run. If you want help with your resolutions this year now is the time to act. Get Unstuck – Improve Your Body or Your Business

If you want to get unstuck in life, there are two things you want to know about.

1. Your paradigm.
2. Your confirmation bias.  Your paradigm is a multitude of beliefs (other people’s beliefs) programmed into your mind. And that program controls your habits.

If you want better results in any area of your life, you have to override your paradigm.

Now… to throw a spanner in the works; you also have a confirmation bias.

Your brain is constantly seeking information, people and statistics, etc. that validate your current values and beliefs. Your brain also deletes or misinterprets information to support what you want to believe.

Example.
If person A believes, ‘Yoga is the best form of exercise’… they will find reports, statistics and people to back that belief. They will not want to look at the other side of the coin. Even if presented with information such as, ‘walking is the best form of exercise’… they’ll ignore or misinterpret the data and science to validate their belief.

This is why it’s challenging for you to transform your life by yourself. At a subconscious level you are caught up in your own paradigm and you’re consistently validating existing values and beliefs.


No wonder you keep spinning your wheels, repeating the same actions, getting the same results.

If you want to improve your body or your business you must work on changing your paradigm.
